PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

This Payment and Refund Policy ("Policy") is governed by C98 Company Limited ("Company"), describing the payment methods and payment process for purchasing Goods on the Website. This Policy is an integral part of the contracts, agreements, terms, and conditions binding the relationship between the Company and the Customer when the Customer places orders for Goods through the Website. The Company may amend the content of this Policy to suit the Company's needs, Customer needs, and feedback, and regulatory requirements, if any. ARTICLE 1. PAYMENT METHODS
Customers can make payments for their orders through the following methods:
1. Payment via Zalopay
After the customer selects Zalopay as their payment method, the system will transition to the Zalopay payment interface.
The customer proceeds with the payment process as instructed on the Zalopay interface to complete the order placement.
2. Payment via VNPAY
After the customer selects VNPAY as the payment method, the system will switch to the VNPAY payment interface.
The customer follows the payment instructions provided on the VNPAY interface to complete the order placement.
3. Other Payment Methods
At any given time, the Company reserves the right to add additional payment methods on the Website.

Refunds for customers are processed according to the conditions stipulated in the Return Policy.
