DELIVERY POLICY

This Delivery Policy ("Policy") outlined herein is implemented by the Company, describing activities related to the delivery and receipt of goods. This Policy is an integral part of contracts, agreements, terms, and conditions binding the relationship between the Company and Customers when Customers place orders for goods via the Website. The Company reserves the right to amend the content of this Policy to align with the Company's needs, customer requirements, and feedback, as well as relevant legal regulations, if any. Upon updating the Policy content, the Company will revise the "Last Updated" above accordingly. Therefore, the Company advises Customers to carefully read and refer to the Policy content before placing orders.
ARTICLE 1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. “Company” is C98 Company Limited, tax code 0317526384, head office address: No. 2 Truong Quoc Dung, Ward 08, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
1.2. “Purchase Order” is an electronic document confirming that the Customer has completed the transaction to purchase Goods on the Website, specifically indicating the type and quantity of Goods requested by the Customer and agreed upon for sale by the Company.
1.3. "Shipping Provider" is an organization or individual with a contractual relationship with the Company and/or a contractor of the Company, responsible for performing part or all of the goods transportation process as requested by the Company. Currently, Viettel Post is the available Shipping Provider, and other Shipping Providers (if any) will be updated periodically on the Website.
1.4. “Goods” refer to the products that the Company provides to Customers on the Website at any given time.
1.5. “Customers” are organizations or individuals who access, explore, register, use, engage in purchasing transactions for Goods on the Website, or are involved in the operational processes, provision of products, services of the Company, or access the Company's electronic pages.
ARTICLE 2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The policy applies to orders with delivery addresses located within the territory of Vietnam.
ARTICLE 3. DELIVERY METHOD
3.1. Customers can place an order by filling out and submitting the required information on the Company's website or any other request made by the Company, if applicable. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information in the order. The Company will proceed with delivering the Goods based on the information provided by the Customer; therefore, if there is any discrepancy or incomplete information, the Company will not be liable if such information affects or restricts the Customer's rights. In the event of any risks or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided, the Customer is responsible for these errors, including financial losses, costs of rectification, and other expenses.
3.2. In case the Customer wishes to change the delivery address in the order, the Customer needs to contact the Company immediately through one of the following methods for assistance:

Requests to change the delivery address will not be processed and/or accepted if the order has already been processed for delivery. The Customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to changing the delivery address.
3.3. To facilitate the delivery process, Customers are kindly requested to provide detailed and accurate information, including house number, street name, ward, hamlet, village, neighborhood, block, commune, township, district, province, and/or any other information as requested by the Company and/or the Shipping Provider. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders that are not provided with complete and accurate information and shall not be responsible for delayed deliveries, losses, or other liabilities associated with such orders.
3.4. Delivery Method: Delivery will be facilitated through the Shipping Provider, which is currently Viettel Post, or other Shipping Providers updated periodically on the Website. The Shipping Provider will deliver the Goods to the delivery address provided by the Customer in the order or an alternate address agreed upon by all parties.
ARTICLE 4: PROVIDING DOCUMENTATION FOR GOODS DURING DELIVERY
The Company is responsible for providing valid financial invoices and other documentation for Goods when receiving a request for invoice issuance or providing these documents from the Customer at the payment stage. Customers agree that invoices and other documentation for Goods may be provided electronically to the email address provided by the Customer.
ARTICLE 5. DELIVERY FEE
The Company is currently implementing a Free Delivery Policy within the scope as stipulated in Section 2 of the Policy for all orders. However, the Company reserves the right to adjust the delivery fees at any time by updating the details on the Website.
ARTICLE 6: TIMELINE FOR RECEIVING GOODS
6.1. The Company will provide specific information regarding the delivery time for orders after the Customer has made payment for the order. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
. Within Ho Chi Minh City: 24h-36h
. Southern Region (outside Ho Chi Minh City area): 1-3 days
. Central and Northern regions: 2-4 days
The delivery times mentioned above represent the earliest estimated delivery times. The actual delivery time will be updated by the Company and/or the Shipping Provider periodically due to objective factors (weather conditions, epidemics, peak times, etc.) that may affect delivery times. Unless otherwise agreed upon, if more than 10 working days have passed since the date the Company confirmed the order and the Customer has not received the Goods due to errors from the Company and/or the Shipping Provider, the Customer has the right to cancel the order by contacting the Company using the information provided in Section 3.2 of this Policy.
6.2. Customers can track the delivery status of their orders through the application or website of the Shipping Provider.
