GOODS INSPECTION POLICY

This Goods Inspection Policy ("Policy") outlined herein is established by C98 Limited Liability Company ("Company"), describing the procedures for inspecting Goods that Customers have ordered on the Website. This Policy is an integral part of contracts, agreements, terms, and conditions binding the relationship between the Company and Customers when Customers place orders for Goods via the Website. The Company reserves the right to amend the content of this Policy to align with the Company's needs, customer requirements, feedback, and relevant legal regulations, if any. Upon updating the Policy content, the Company will revise the "Last Updated" above accordingly. Therefore, the Company recommends that Customers carefully read and refer to the Policy content before placing orders.
ARTICLE 1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This policy applies to all Goods purchased by Customers on the Website.
ARTICLE 2. GOODS INSPECTION STEPS
After completing the receiving procedure with the Company's shipping provider's staff, Customers will inspect the Goods.
Customers are kindly requested to carefully check the receiving information on the delivered order. Additionally, Customers are allowed to inspect the external appearance of the received Goods, compare them with the Goods ordered in the placed order.
ARTICLE 3. HANDLING WHEN RECEIVED GOODS DO NOT MATCH THE ORDER
If Customers notice that the Goods do not match the description in the placed order or are damaged, please contact the hotline: (028) 9999 9898 (press 9) or email: gm@apeinstyle.com to reach the Customer Support Team for assistance.
In the event that the Company incorrectly fulfills an order according to the Customer's placed order, the Customer may proceed with the return procedure. If the Customer requests a refund, the estimated refund processing time will follow the regulations outlined in Section 3 of the Return Policy.
In the case where the Company delivers the Goods correctly according to the placed order, but the Customer changes their mind, the Company will not support returns or exchanges for the Goods.
ARTICLE 4. GENERAL TERMS
The capitalized terms and phrases in this Policy have the meanings as defined in the General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions and other documents published by the Company on the website are applicable to any content not adjusted by this Policy.
